Time Frame:

  • Trinity Athletics uses a courier service to deliver orders.
  • Orders will arrive within 1-2 business days depending on your location.
  • We will notify you via the email used on checkout as to when your product has been dispatched from our headquarters to the address provided on checkout.
  • We will forward you all necessary tracking numbers and details.
  • Please be aware that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public holidays.
  • From our side, we will do everything we can to ensure that your order arrives on time, but Trinity Athletics cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather interruptions or service issues from the courier service. Trinity Athletics cannot be held responsible for any packages once they are delivered to your location.

Pricing:

  • Free Shipping to any location in South Africa for all orders over R600.
  • A flat rate of R59 will be charged for door to door delivery to any address within the 30km radius of the Capetown CBD, Somerset West and Stellenbosch area.
  • For any other outlying areas within the Western Cape, the items will still be shipped via door to door delivery at a flat rate of R59 to your address stated on the order.
  • National orders will incur a flat rate of R59 and will be shipped via door to door delivery to your address stated on the order.
  • Please note that we currently do not ship out of South Africa.
  • Trinity Athletics cannot be held responsible for any packages once they are delivered to your location.

Returns:

  • To ensure your order choices, please get in contact with us if you have any questions regarding a product before ordering.
  • Should you have any reason to return or exchange any items that have been purchased from Trinity Athletics, you will be allowed to do so in exchange for any other product equal in value.
  • Any items returned to Trinity Athletics will be at your own cost.
  • For any items that would like to be returned, you would need to advise us in writing of any of the returns as well as any returns must be authorized by the person who had made the original purchase.
  • All goods looking to be returned must be done so in the original packaging with the original tags.
  • Trinity Athletics will not accept any returned goods that have been worn, washed or used.
  • Trinity Athletics will not accept any goods with any type of hair or marks on the product.

Faulty Items:

  • If you believe that you have received a faulty product, please send an email to info@trinityathletics.co.za and we will thus cover all costs involved in picking up the product.
